Sure. I don't mind sharing...I love doing sandwiches during at least one week day via a serving platter I put all the ingridient== choice of deli meat, lettuce, tomatoe, red onion, sprouts, olives...fresh breads like pita, foccia, wheat,sourdough...everyone builds their own sandwiches... On the side.I make "oven fries" super simple just use about 2 to 3 Russet potatoes slice thick cut french fry style and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper and stick on a flat pan in the oven for only 20 minutes...Usually, I will sautee asparagus or green beans...and Yes dinner is done in a flash!!! Perfect if your children have active schedules and eat at different times too. Be Blessed in your new life's journey...Thanks for the post and feel free to contact me anytime!
